Why I love this recipe

This Vegan Green Goddess Dressing is creamy, bright, herbaceous, and easy to make.

Roughly chop the herbs and scallions, juice the lemon, add all ingredients to a food processor, and in just a few minutes you’ll have a delicious, vibrant dressing.

Traditional Green Goddess dressing calls for mayonnaise and/or sour cream, and I’ve even seen buttermilk thrown around. I wanted to make a dressing that was creamy and plant-based – the avocado helped with that!

For those with allergies or dietary restrictions/preferences, this dressing is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free.

This version is made with fresh herbs like basil, parsley, and dill, but you can use absolutely any herbs you have on hand or like. Coriander, mint, tarragon or chives are also delicious.

Vegan Green Goddess Dressing pairs well with just about anything. It’s great on almost any salad, spread on a sandwich or wrap, drizzled over anything delicious (like my vegan sweet potatoes), or even used as a dip for fresh veggies or crackers.

I also like the name of this seasoning. I think everyone should feel like a goddess from time to time. I know I feel like a goddess when I listen to my body’s needs, eat plenty of nutritious foods, stay well hydrated, get enough sleep, find ways to stay grounded, and move my body in ways that feel good.

I hope that after trying this costume, you can also look like your goddess.
