Ah, the treadmill — the stationary piece of equipment that allows fitness enthusiasts to walk or run at any time — rain, snow or shine.
It can certainly become an important part of your exercise program, providing a proven way to promote cardiovascular health, strengthen leg muscles, increase endurance, and even lose weight.
But let’s face it. Treadmills can be very boring. Plus, its functionality apparently confuses some people, and you’re likely to make some interesting mistakes.
We scoured the web for 10 of the funniest treadmill malfunctions, from hitting the weight set to Taylor Swift’s epic slip to unexpected flashes and everything in between. enjoy!

We really, really wanted to understand why he thought this was a good idea. Like, science doesn’t support it. But hey, it’s one way to get the most out of your device!

She definitely didn’t notice your epic fall, but she did notice your biceps. We were actually quite surprised at how smoothly he pulled it off, and if he wanted to show off a bit to get a date, that might work!

When you’re trying to run faster than you should on the treadmill, it’s best not to leave dumbbells in the wind. Hopefully he was so dizzy from the blow to his head during the fall that he didn’t feel the impact of the 400 pounds falling on him.
