If there’s one thing that fascinates me, it’s the minerals and foods that help with anxiety. While there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to anxiety, what you eat can affect how you feel.

One of these happens to be magnesium-rich foods.
Thousands of processes in the body require magnesium.

It is actually a macromineral in our bodies, which means it is one of the most abundant minerals in our bodies; it makes up or belongs to 80% to 90% of the minerals in our bodies.
It’s also one of the first things we lose when our bodies are stressed.
So, if you’re feeling a bit stressed and have persistent anxiety, you may need to increase your magnesium intake.

My best advice: Add some of these foods to your grocery shopping list and make sure you eat them throughout the day. 🛒
