Or you might cook it when you’re craving something comforting and reassuring. Or maybe it’s your family’s favorite Wednesday night recipe (you know, the one they beg you to make!). It might even be your prettiest, most inspiring recipe that wows you at potlucks. We all know what these recipes mean to us. They’re the recipes on our shopping list, the must-have ingredients in our shopping carts every week. When you’re standing in front of the open refrigerator door, wondering what to make for dinner tonight, your mind goes to recipes. The results are always great. Some of my own favorite vegan dinner recipes include spicy lentil tacos, black bean corn chili, and curried oatmeal bean burgers.
