Organifi Green Juice and Sports Green Juice (AG1)

Sharing a complete blog post showing the differences between Organifi Green Juice and AG1 and how I use them in my daily life.

Hi friends! Are you OK? I hope you have a great week! Are you ready for spring? Many of you may not be too excited about spring allergies that start to appear as the weather warms up.

I have to give credit to a few things I use in my daily routine that I think help keep my immune system strong: Organifi Green Juice and Sports Greens (aka AG1). I have used and loved both of these products, so I thought today I would share some of the benefits of these amazing products, the differences between them, and compare them so you can see how they might work for you.

Organifi Green Juice vs. Athletic Greens (AG1)

Organifi Green Juice and Sports Green Juice (AG1)

Benefits of drinking green powder daily:

Let’s be honest, it’s really hard to get the nutrients we need from food alone. You have to be strategic about it, which can be especially challenging if you’re juggling a lot of other things. Most of us don’t count B2 needs throughout the day, whether we meet them or not, you know what I mean? Powders can help us fill in the gaps, especially with certain vitamins and minerals.

I love Super Greens powder because it often contains a blend of vitamins, minerals, superfoods, probiotics, and adaptogens that can help our bodies fight off damage from toxins and environmental exposure, improve immune health, restore gut function, and improve Digestive health, and improved stress levels.

Disadvantages:

Most green powders are disgusting. I’ve tried many and most of them taste like you’re chewing a tree. They are bitter, earthy, chalky, and unpalatable. This may deter many people from adding green powders to their daily routine.

Organifi Green Juice and Athletic Greens (AG1) are two of my favorites! They source high-quality ingredients without harmful ingredients like artificial sweeteners, and put a lot of effort into producing these nutrient-dense superfood powders, including undergoing third-party testing.

While they both offer a long list of health benefits, they serve different purposes and taste different, so you can choose which one you want to try based on your goals and preferences.

*As always, talk to your doctor or registered dietitian before adding any new supplements to your daily routine. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice.

Organifi green juice vs. Athletic Greens AG1

The main differences between AG1 and Organifi Green Juice:

So which one should you choose? It depends on your specific goals and needs. If you’re looking for a quick, easy way to get your daily dose of greens and boost your energy levels, Organifi Green Juice is a great choice. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a comprehensive superfood powder that supports gut health and overall wellness, look no further than AG1.

Organifi Green Juice and AG1 are both great choices for women who want to prioritize health and fitness. They are easy to incorporate into your daily life and can provide many benefits. I love the taste of them and have noticed a positive change in my energy levels since I added them to my daily routine.

How to use organic green juice

When I take AG1, I take it about every 3-4 days. This is because it contains so many vitamins and nutrients, some of which I think are a bit too much to take on a daily basis. (It’s worth mentioning here that when I first tried it, I did take it daily for about a month and I felt amazing. I just didn’t think it was a good idea for me to do it long term.) Vitamins and Supplements The problem is, you need to take it in stages to feel the effects. It can also help “teach” your body what it needs without having to rely on supplements forever. Some supplements lose their effectiveness over time. (I learned this the hard way, haha. If you’re curious about more details, check out the book dirty genes; He explains this very well. )

Since I discovered I had a candida overgrowth, I stopped taking AG1 and started taking Organifi Green again. It doesn’t contain excess probiotics and I’m healing my gut right now so I don’t need it.

Both options can be mixed with water on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before breakfast.

Do sports greens contain caffeine?

So, is there caffeine in Sports Green? The answer is yes, but don’t worry just yet!

Sports Green Tea contains small amounts of natural caffeine from matcha green tea, which can be used to boost energy and focus without the jitters of synthetic caffeine sources. This means you can still enjoy the many benefits of Athletic Greens, such as being a great source of vitamins derived from organic ingredients and containing 7.2 billion probiotics, without having to worry about overdosing on caffeine. Plus, it’s worth noting that Sports Green Tea also contains other ingredients like coconut water and monk fruit, which provide natural energy and sweetness without caffeine. So don’t worry, you can still get green superfood powder without having to sacrifice your caffeine preferences.

Athletic Greens offer similar benefits to Organifi Green Juice, but with the added benefit of being produced in a GMP certified facility and FDA approved. Additionally, Athletic Greens has a unique flavor that many users prefer compared to the typical “green” Organifi flavor. Well, the matcha green tea in Sports Green Tea contains a little bit of caffeine, so you don’t have to worry.

Is AG1 safe during pregnancy?

Athletic Greens does not recommend taking AG1 if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without first consulting your doctor.
