Healthy Trader Joe’s Shopping List

Sharing some of my favorite healthy products from Trader Joe’s!

Hi friends! Are you OK? I hope you have a great day! I had some calls this morning and was getting a massage…can’t wait.

In today’s post, I want to share some of my favorite healthy finds from Trader Joe’s! During that anonymous time, the pilot bought all our groceries because he was “out in the world” and the girls and I were home. We also get a lot of grocery delivery from Whole Foods and Thrive Market. This feeling lasted for several years after that until I realized that I actually enjoyed grocery shopping, but I was missing it. So now, we take turns doing it because we both love going to the store in person – you’ll find more interesting stuff that way!

Trader Joe’s has some amazing stuff, and here are some of my favorite healthy products. While I believe all foods should fit into your lifestyle, here is a list of foods with fewer ingredients that are nutritious (there are some soul-hugging must-haves here too).

Here’s the list!
