Unlock Weight Loss Success: 3 Key Questions to Ask Yourself

In the pursuit of achieving our weight loss goals, we often find ourselves stuck in a rut, wondering why the scale refuses to budge. This blog post will help you achieve weight loss success by understanding your own needs and goals.

If this happens to you, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Losing weight can be a complicated journey, and sometimes, all it takes to reignite your progress is asking the right questions.

In this article, we’ll dive into three key questions you should ask yourself if you’re not seeing the results you want.

By addressing these key factors, you can unlock the secrets to hitting that plateau and achieving the weight loss success you’ve been working toward. Let’s start on the road to better health and happiness.

You’re eating mostly healthy and exercising, but you’re not seeing results…

I bet you’re wondering…why? ! how? !

I’ve been there too and it’s frustrating AF.

When we enter perimenopause, our bodies begin to change…hormones, insulin sensitivity, thyroid function, etc.

For many women, it often feels like they woke up and gained weight almost overnight.

Weight loss strategies that worked in the past no longer work.

No matter what they try…cut carbs, eliminate gluten, dairy and sugar, run more miles, walk 10,000 steps a day…they struggle to see results.

Despite their efforts (eating less, exercising more), nothing changed.

Unfortunately, this approach is outdated and, frankly, regressive, especially for women over the age of 35.

Unlock Weight Loss Success: 3 Key Questions to Ask Yourself

1️⃣Are you tracking your food? If not, it’s difficult to know how much you’re eating and make changes to lose weight. Guessing is not the same as using a food scale and collecting data accurately. Grab the Lean Macro Bundle!

2️⃣Do you often perform strength training? I’m talking about exercises that focus on building muscle at least 3 times a week. If you focus very much on cardio and sweating, it won’t change the way your body looks, meaning cardio won’t change the muscle to fat ratio on your body. Make a strength training plan!

3️⃣Have you had any blood tests or other tests recently? Insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, intestinal problems, and hormonal imbalances are common obstacles that many women face. If you don’t have this information, you may continue to tread water instead of taking a more targeted and personalized approach to meeting your body’s weight loss needs.
