So Pilates, the devil’s workout. Seriously though, Pilates is no joke…especially a reformer-based class. Also, I love the good vibes I get after class. I really like that it’s a low-impact workout, unlike running, which is very hard on my knees.

My goal this year is to pick a workout class and stick to it. I have a Peloton bike, but I feel best when exercising in class. It’s also a way for me to get out of my apartment and really disconnect from work.

I’ve only had a few classes so far, but I really like Rhythm Pilates. They have several branches around London. Worth a try if you want to change your exercise habits!
